The 2021 Orbea Orca range is sub-divided into 3 categories : Orca; Orca TEAM and Orca LTD.
Like the Orca range, the TEAM version features the identical OMR frame manufactured from High Modudlus carbon fibre, but differs in that it features a full carbon fibre fork as well. This upgraded fork delivers lower weight and more precise and agile handling. The new Orca Team is 5% lighter than the previous Orca OMR, yet it delivers the same lateral stiffness for optimal power transfer and increases vertical compliance - and therefore comfort - by up to 10% making it a seriously complete road bike suited to a wide range of riding styles.
The Shimano Ultegra equipped Orbea Orca M25 TEAM is an highly competent all-round disc brake carbon road bike.

Buyers Guide The new Orbea Orca line-up is quite possibly the most balanced range of road bikes available. Thanks to the Orca's ability to deliver a complete ride that yields agile handling akin to most all-out lightweight premium race bikes - all the while being close in weight to dedicated climbing bikes, as stiff as many top level sprint machines and as comfortable as any endurance bike. Orcas deliver this rounded performance with plenty of tyre clearance for the roughest of surfaces, including forays onto dirt or gravel.
The Orca sits right alongside the Orca Aero in the Orbea range range; borrowing many of its aero features and much of its bottom bracket stiffness for power transfer, but with lower weight, greater levels of comfort and larger tyre clearances.
The Orca ride feel is built on the core concept that a comfortbale rider remains a fresher rider. This principle delivers a bike which - as a consequence - leads to greater speed, over longer distances, and allows for riding over rougher roads, all while keeping you performing at your best.
On top of the ride quality and performance elements, the Orbea Orca is both practical and more customisable than any competitor's bike – with custom paint at no extra cost on most models.
The Orbea Orca aims to be the ultimate bike for all performance-minded riders that are looking to take on a full range of real world riding conditions. Whether amateur or competing in the upper echelons of the sport; on the flat or up in the mountains; on short, hard efforts or all-day epics, on any surface that qualifies as a road. Employing the latest developments in road bike technology Orbea have created a stunning all-round package for real-world riders.
