National schools Cycling Event – Let’s Get Them Biking: Simple, fun, and all about getting kids on the start line.
• Junior (3rd & 4th): 3 laps of 150m grass track
• Senior (5th & 6th): 4 laps of 150m grass track
Schools enter up to 6 boys & 6 girls per category.
Ride whatever bike they have – just bring a helmet and loads of spirit.
Prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd (boys & girls)…
The big one: The School Trophy – awarded to the school with the most riders in the final. There will be games, bike skills, road safety, and loads more to be learned.
Cycling is a life activity, it’s environmentally friendly and it’s a child’s first form of transport. The races are for learning with the kids, parents and teachers all winning, so show up for your school.
